Job Description/responsibilities:

  • Menu & Culinary Leadership

  • Develops and updates menus and daily specials

  • Creates and standardizes recipes

  • Sets plating standards and presentation style

  • Leads and mentors the culinary team

  • Assigns stations and roles for service

  • Work a station on the line during service

  • Train staff, Monitor food quality

  • Help with ordering and inventory

Job Requirements:

  • 3–5 years experience in a professional restaurant kitchen

  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (lead cook, sous, or KM)

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and workflow

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic understanding of food cost, inventory, and waste control

  • Ability to read, follow, and enforce recipes and SOPs

  • Strong communication skills with FOH and BOH

  • Ability to give clear direction and remain calm under pressure
