Vanilla Fair Competition
The competition is open to all CIL Baking and Pastry active students Level 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and CIL Baking and Pastry alumni.
1st place will win a trip to Madagascar to visit a vanilla field and discover the farmer life, all expenses paid by Vanilla Fair!

All Participants with a valid application will receive $45.00 cash to buy ingredients for their recipes!

Honestly Texas Rice Competition
The competition is open to all CIL Culinary Level 3-5, Academic students in their last terms, and Alumni!
​
The prizes will go in the form of a scholarship towards the student's tuition! Cash will be given to Alumni!
