Who Qualifies

An alumnus, who is currently starting a business in the culinary or hospitality industry.
You should have a business plan and be eligible for any health department permits.

An alumnus, who is currently running a business in the culinary or hospitality industry.
The business should already be formed with a registered name or DBA.

An alumnus who has demonstrated an exceptional career path, excellence and commitment in the industry.
You should provide your Resume and Biography.

Applicants will need to submit:

Panel of judges
A panel of 6 judges of professionals in the industry, an instructor, and GLS Board members.
