ServSafe Manager's Certification by National Restaurant Association Review and Proctored Testing

LOCATION: South Campus – CULINARY INSTITUTE LENOTRE®

DATES / TIMES:

 

*Friday, September 25th: 9:00 - 3:30 Review only (NO TESTING) This will include a 30-minute  

  lunch break.

 

 *Friday, October 2nd: 9:00 - 1:00 Review – 30 minutes for lunch

 

  Friday, October 2nd: 1:30 - 3:30 Exam

 

*Please note. Reviews are optional but HIGHLY recommended for those who are re-certifying.

 

WHAT TO BRING:

1.  Proof of exam purchase will need to be presented prior to starting the exam on Friday, October 2nd. 

  • This can be purchased at the bookstore at North Campus.

  • If you are exempt from paying, please get prior approval (CIAML Chef's or students who have paid for the Sanitation class but have not taken the exam yet). 

2. The ServSafe Manager book – 7th edition, if you have one.

      You may purchase one at the bookstore if you choose but this is not required.
