Job description/responsibilities:

Do you love to cook and be around cool people while doing it? We have a job for you: Thistle Draftshop is looking for full-time and part-time cooks.

Requirements:

• Excellent knife skill

• Executing orders with precision

• Preparing menu items to order

• Prepping food items for later service

• Counting inventory daily

• Maintaining clean work spaces and storage area

• Executing cleaning duties for closing the kitchen

• Employees must have a current and valid food service handlers certificate issued by the State of Texas
