Job Description:
As a line cook, you will be supporting critical kitchen operations during your designated shifts including cleaning, inventory management, food preparation, order fulfillment and customer service. You will be performing these tasks following strict safety guidelines and sanitation protocols defined under our company policies. Your work will support our company's mission to create beautiful memories for everyone of our customers through excellent product and care.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a neatly groomed and a clean appearance during every shift
Create positive interactions with every customer at all time
Follow all safety guidelines and sanitation protocols defined under our company policies
Make proper use of scales and other kitchen equipment's during shift
Fulfill customer orders, with speed, accurate flavor profiles and intended eye appeal
Perform required inventory management activities including receiving, sorting, storing/ shelving...
Maintain fully stocked line stations
Follow proper food rotation and shelf life management protocols
Maintain consistently clean line stations following "clean as you go"
Job Requirements
Qualifications 2 years commercial cooking experience High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to walk and/or stand for four-hour shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance Obtain Texas Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of employment
