Mac Capestani is a small business owner/pastry cook from Texas City, TX.
He spent his early career working in restaurants, catering, and events all the while maintaining and growing his small business. In 2022, he joined JW Marriot to oversee and restore their pastry department.
His long-term goal is to further grow his business and open a full-scale bakery.
Coming from a small town, a career in pastry seemed like a fantasy until I started working more and more in the industry. I have met talented people and am thankful for the experience.
