Latcia Simpson

For the past 2 years, Laticia has been a pastry student at the Culinary Institute LENOTRE, learning and improving her acquired new skill set.

As a Californian native, Laticia grew up always having a niche for culinary arts, watching Iron Chef, Chopped, and Julia Childs. These shows were not enough, she still yearned for more knowledge.

When she found herself in the city of Houston, she decided to take a leap of faith and put all of her eggs in one basket. She pursued her Associates in Pastry and Baking Arts. Now that she is gearing toward exciting the program, she will continue to build her portfolio and expand her business. She hopes to one day start a nonprofit organization to introduce Home Economics and Baking into her local community.
