Job description/responsibilities:

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: To keep the dining areas/buffet lines clean andwell-stockedd at all times. Make sure bus stations are clean and well stocked and to assist kitchen.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Report to work as scheduled in full uniform.
Clear and reset tables according to standards, one at a time
Maintain the pars, quality and freshness of all items on buffet line in a timely manner.
Check the quality and freshness of all remaining items from each shift. Restock to establish par levels.
Responsible for the removal of dirty dishes from the dining areas. Dispose of trash and dirty silverware and replenishment of buffet items.
Responsible for cleanup of stations, side-stations, beverage stations, and dining area prior to punching out. · Keep Cafeteria Dining Room equipment and dispensing units wiped down and cleaned.
Restock all food and beverage service utensils and dining room essentials.
Make sure line and refrigerators are organized and clean.
Keep in constant communication with other kitchen personnel to insure a quality experience for our guests.
Follow the direction of any reasonable task given by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. · Assist with some food preparation, make coffee and refill beverage line products during the entire shift
Make suggestions to improve the facility and equipment.
Comply with all safety/health standards and procedures.
Comply with all service standards and procedures of the department and the IOUE Training Center.
Attend all designated department and Training Center Meetings.
Perform all other tasks as requested by Management.
