Opportunity for Culinary Arts and Hospitality & Restaurant Management students

  • Room and board: on-site lodging available

  • Schedule: 5 days/week – AM and PM shifts.

  • 35-40 hours/ week

  • Compensation: $300/ week plus tips


Responsibilities:

  • Culinary – preparation, meal execution, menu design, inventory, stock, maintenance. Baking & Pastry – pastries, desserts, breads, menu design, inventory.

  • Food & Beverage – front and back of house menu design, ordering, inventory, stocking, budgets, serve, and bartend.

  • Event Planning – planning and scheduling events , budgets, and timelines


Experience

  • A background in front and back of house customer service preferred.
