JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure food, health/safety guidelines are being maintained
Prep station/hotline station are properly organized by high technical standards
Menu dishes are of high quality standards defined by executive chef
Assist kitchen manager/Sous chef with firing and prepping dinner menu items
FIFO Standards kept in and around kitchen
HACP program followed correctly throughout receiving no firing
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Culinary degree or current pursuit of culinary degree
Access to reliable transportation to be on time at work
To lift 50 lbs with no physical issues
Food Handler Certification
Fully communicate and relay information from recipe building to execution
