JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure food, health/safety guidelines are being maintained

• Prep station/hotline station are properly organized by high technical standards

• Menu dishes are of high quality standards defined by executive chef

• Assist kitchen manager/Sous chef with firing and prepping dinner menu items

• FIFO Standards kept in and around kitchen

• HACP program followed correctly throughout receiving no firing

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Culinary degree or current pursuit of culinary degree

• Access to reliable transportation to be on time at work

• To lift 50 lbs with no physical issues

• Food Handler Certification

• Fully communicate and relay information from recipe building to execution
