Meet the Contestants

The Vergers Boiron yearly competition is a partnership between Culinary Institute Lenotre and Les Vergers Boiron America.

​

This year’s theme is Classic Desserts Revisited.

Put your creativity to the test by turning the old into the new!

​

The competition is open to all CIL Baking and Pastry active students Level 3, 4 and 5 and CIL Baking and Pastry alumni. 

​

This page will be continuously updated with the Recipes, Photos and Videos of the finalists.

  • January 31            Registration Opens

  • February 28          Registration Closes & Last Day to Pick up Les Vergers Boiron Purée

  • March 28               Recipe Submission Closes

  • April 11                  Finalist Announced

  • April 14                  Finalist Meeting

  • May 10                   Competition Begins

  • May 11                   2nd Day of Competition & Live Competition Begins
