“My main goal is to get better every day. I am gaining more knowledge and growing as fast as I can. I hope to move into a corporate position with the perfect time comes. I want to work as hard as I can to be the best I can be, becoming more professional. I want to share and teach everyone willing to learn in this endless world.”

“I would prefer to travel with JOEY and help young chefs as much as JOEYS has helped me. I would like to specifically focus on Veterans with PTSD.”
