A graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City where she honed her culinary skills at institutions like Bouchon Bakery & Per Se. She has worked with some of the greatest chefs in the US like Daniel Humm from Eleven Madison Park, Marc Aumont at the Modern to Laurie Jon Moran at Le Bernardin, bringing them new flavors, gourmet products and ideas with exceptional brands like Cinco Jotas Jamon and now Les Vergers Boiron.
