• Pantry AM/ Line set up, Lunch Service. Assist in banquets.

• Hot Line Am Lead Line Cook. Daily Lunch Service, Daily Features and soups Pm Pantry Cook.

• Line Set up, Dinner Service dish Washers PM

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Am shift are usually from 8am- 3pm. Pm shifts are usually 4pm-10 or 11pm.

• General cooking knowledge, decent Knife skills, clean worker.

• Works well with others.
