Job description/responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced and customer focused restaurant manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, staff performance and overall dining experience. The roles requires leadership, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to run a smooth and profitable operation.
Supervise day to day operations of the restaurants including front of house and back of house
Hire, train, schedule and manage staff
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
Track sales, cost and labor to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability
Fast paces restaruant setting
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
