Please join us in welcoming Shalandys Williams to the Culinary Institute Lenotre as our new Communication/Public Speaking Adjunct Instructor. Shalandys brings over 15 years of experience teaching college-level courses in communication, writing, English, speech, media, and journalism. She holds a Master of Journalism from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. Please join us in welcoming Alexsa Delgado to the Culinary Institute Lenotre as our new Communication/Public Speaking Adjunct Instructor. Alexsa brings over 6 years of experience teaching courses in communication, writing, English, speech, media, and journalism. She holds a Master of Arts from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in communication studies, minor in political Communication from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX.

Please join us in welcoming Hossien Sahebjame to the Culinary Institute Lenotre as our new Math Adjunct Instructor. Hossien has over 17 years of experience teaching all levels of courses in mathematics. He holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Houston and a master’s in mathematics from California State University, and a bachelor’s in mathematics administration from UCLA.
