Job Summary: We’re hiring for an entry-level position in our kitchen. This is a PT OR FT role for someone who’s recently finished culinary school or has a couple years of hands-on experience. We’re looking for someone dependable, focused, and ready to work—someone who’s serious about food and wants to build real skills in a fast-moving, professional environment.
You’ll be working directly with Joe, our chef and co-owner. He’s been in kitchens for over 20 years, including a decade in New York City. He runs a tight operation with high standards and is looking for someone to train and bring up the right way—no shortcuts, no drama, just solid work.
What the job looks like:
This role requires the ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including bags of flour and other bulk items.
Prep, production, cleaning, and keeping things running smoothly
Following instructions closely and learning quickly
Working with a small team that communicates well and moves with purpose
What we're looking for:
Apprentice, Culinary school graduate or 2yr kitchen experience,
Fast, focused, and able to take feedback
Comfortable with repetition and committed to doing things right every time
Punctual, respectful, and a good teammate
