Patricia Dunn, a French native from the South of France, has made her life in Houston, TX since 2002. Her former career was in the Fashion Industry as a pattern maker and a sewing instructor but her passion has always been cooking. In 2018, the culinary arts became her focus and she graduated with the “ Elite cuisine Diploma” from the Culinary Institute Lenotre in Houston. Patricia is now the head Chef at Harborwalk Lodge on the Bay, in Hitchcock, TX. Harborwalk Lodge on the Bay is the premier destination for outdoor enthusiasts of all kind, who are looking for the ultimate combination of first class lodging and dining, with first class fishing and various other outdoor activities.
