Citizen of Montrose is an Aussie all-day full-service restaurant located in the Montrose neighborhood. We’re a hospitality-focused spot known for great service, quality food, and a warm, community-driven atmosphere. We’re looking for Servers and Baristas to join our team and support daily service in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and consistency matter.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests throughout their dining experience

• Take orders and deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks following house standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and coffee stations

• Support team members during service to ensure smooth operations

• Uphold service, food safety, and hospitality standards

Schedule and Availability:

• Full-time and Part-time positions available

• Full weekend availability required

Compensation

• $4 per hour + 100% of tips ($10–16/hr)
