Job description/responsibilities:
Cold food production on the line.
Using recipes, prep items needed for stations on the line including a pantry.
Job Requirements:
Be able to be on your feet for an 8-hour shift
Be able to lift 50 pounds safely.
Prefer someone who can work an 8-hour shift without the use of tobacco products.
Menu is similar to upscale pub food. The Chef is a graduate from the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh, PA
