Running lines during busy periods
Prepping food as necessary
Maintaining hygiene standards
Liaising with expo to make sure tickets are timely
Assist in the development of menu items
Standardize recipes and plate presentations
Maintaining clean work stations
Work with management team to create memorable guest experiences
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Be up to date with Food Safety Certification
Exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards are essential
Be ready to work a busy kitchen in the Kemah Lighthouse District
