JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accepting and putting away deliveries/orders

  • Setting up kitchen stations for dinner service

  • Preparing ingredients, sauces, vegetables, dips, and animal proteins for dinner service

  • Cooking and plating dishes for guests during dinner service

  • Washing and cleaning any and all tools/equipment used, including floor mats

  • Breaking down kitchen stations and clearing up the kitchen at the end of the night

  • Must allow all kitchen operating procedures and hygiene standards and regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skill and organization skills

  • Aptitude for multi-tasking

  • Must work efficiently in a team setting; cooperation is a must

  • Must be able to follow all directions and expectations set forth by chefs and owners

  • Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and left at least 25 lbs

  • No actual kitchen experience is necessary; we will train you

  • Must be willing to learn
