Vergers Boiron Competition 2021

The Vergers Boiron yearly competition is a partnership between Culinary Institute Lenotre and Les Vergers Boiron America. This year’s theme is Desserts from My Childhood, and contestants are challenged to use their favorite childhood flavors combined with Les Vergers Boiron puree flavors to create new and innovative desserts. 

 

The competition is open to all CIL Baking and Pastry active students Level 3, 4 and 5 and CIL Baking and Pastry alumni. 

 

The winning prizes are:

  • $1,000 for first place

  • $750 for second place

  • $500 for third place.

The "Live" Final

The final will be held at the Culinary Institue Lenotre on

Wednesday, April 28th from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
