  • Requirements: 2-5 years related culinary experience

  • 1 plus years of management experience. Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining,

  • Education, military, health care, and/or related foodservice operations.

  • A focus on quality, production, sanitation, safety, food cost controls, and presentation.

  • Able to set up and distribute production sheets. Outstanding organization, time management, and

  • Team motivation skills. ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred.

  • Digital literacy and knowledge of MS Office products including Excel.
