Requirements: 2-5 years related culinary experience
1 plus years of management experience. Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining,
Education, military, health care, and/or related foodservice operations.
A focus on quality, production, sanitation, safety, food cost controls, and presentation.
Able to set up and distribute production sheets. Outstanding organization, time management, and
Team motivation skills. ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred.
Digital literacy and knowledge of MS Office products including Excel.
