Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Occasional Weekend Work
Job description/responsibilities: The Chocolatier is responsible for preparing and producing all handcrafted chocolates and confections in our corporate kitchen.
Exhibit knowledge of product lines, food safety, sanitation laws and regulations.
Clean and polish bonbon and bar molds.
Prepare ganache's, caramels, marshmallows, and fillings.
Airbrush and hand paint chocolate bonbons.
Produce, demold, and package chocolates
Use a tempering machine to make confections and bars.
Keep the surrounding work area clean and sanitized. Assist in washing items used in production.
Other duties as assigned.
Must have piping skills.
Must be comfortable in a high-volume production environment.
Maintain a valid driver license.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to work long hours while standing.
