Job Title: Chocolatier

Exhibit knowledge of product lines, food safety, sanitation laws and regulations.
Clean and polish bon bon and bar molds.
Prepare ganache, caramels, marshmallows and fillings.
Airbrush and hand paint chocolate bonbons.
Produce, unmold and package chocolates.
Use a tempering machine to make confections and bars.
Keep the surrounding work area clean and sanitized. Assist in washing items used in production.
Other duties as assigned.
Must have piping skills.
Must be comfortable in ahigh-volumee production environment.
Maintain a valid driver's license.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to work long hours while standing.
Previous experience in culinary arts, hibachi cooking, or other related fields.
Passion for food and cooking techniques.
Strong leadership qualities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working on a Food Truck.
Familiarity with sanitation regulations

The Position: We’re looking for production chocolatiers (Back of House kitchen staff). The Chocolatier is responsible for preparing and producing all handcrafted chocolates and confections in the CB commissary.
