Job Description/Responsibilities:
Work with farm fresh organic ingredients and changing seasonal/weekly/daily menu items. We thrive on making sure our customers are eating foods healthy for their bodies.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven line cook to work in a team-oriented fast-paced environment and handle the pressures of cooking Saturday breakfast.
Must be able to focus and complete tasks in a timely manner maintaining high quality and standards set by the chef.
Able to follow instructions, and recipes, maintain portion controls, and ensure proper food safety and sanitation in a high-pressure environment while making and plating high-quality food and getting it out in a timely manner.
Food preparation consists of cold and hot items, raw entrée, sauces, dressings, and any items needed for service.
This position requires handling special requests and dietary restrictions including but not limited to raw, paleo, celiac and other special diets.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
