Mitch Adair’s interest in Cuisine began at an early age, and inspired him to gain work experience in the food industry and culinary arts. With a desire to further develop and practice his culinary knowledge and creative skills, he enrolled at the Culinary Institute LeNotre and received his Elite Diploma in Pastry and Baking in 2020. Subsequently, Mitch’s employment experience has included positions with “Michael’s Cookie Jar” as a Baker, and “Sweet Cup Gelato” where he’s involved in the production of sorbets and Italian-style ice cream products. Most recently, Mitch has started up his own business, Chocol’Adair, which specializes in the production of fine artisan chocolates.
