Job description/responsibilities:
Be able to make any pastry or baking in our line of products:
Macarons
Entremets
Tarts
Pate a choux: eclairs, paris-brest, st honore, croquembouche, chouquettes
Pate feuillette: palmier, mille feuille, chausson aux pommes (apple turnover) -
Viennoiseries: croissants (multiple types and shapes), brioche, pain au lait
Quiches
Baguettes
Job requirements:
Certify Food Service manager
Good knowledge of all the basic baking technic
Cake decoration - chocolate décor
Team player
Quick to learn
Operate with minimum assistance
