Job Description/Responsibilities:
1-2 students to handle our lunch program/ currently Wednesday lunches, however, we're looking to expand to eventually 5 days a week
Job Requirements:
Provide an array of lunches (different types of food each week) for our guests
work with the business manager on creating a monthly menu,
control food costs (keep within a budget),
work with the business manager on various promotions for our lunch program,
serve the lunches (buffet style),
set out the food for the guests,
Handle any additional food/cooking duties per the business manager's request.
