Darragh Smith was born in Scotland to Irish and French parents who instilled a love of traveling and good food. His travels have taken him throughout Western Europe, North Africa, North America, the Caribbean and the Pacific which are some of his most cherished memories. Darragh graduated from Texas Tech University in 2015 and soon after his life hit rock bottom forcing him to reassess his priorities and direction in life. He realized that Cooking and Baking was his passion and this became his new direction. He graduated from Culinary Institute LeNotre in 2019 with an Associate in Culinary Arts and in 2020 with an Associate in Baking and Pastry Arts. Darragh looks forward to his career ahead as a Chef delighting his guests with his interpretation of food memories.
