Sous Chef de Patisserie - The Sous Chef de Patisserie is responsible for operating the pastry section of the bakehouse while working closely with the Chef de Patisserie as well as the Corporate Executive Pastry Chef. Responsible to uphold high-quality pastry dishes with the recipes and presentations in order to maintain quality standards and consistency of product. Also, assist in the creation and production of new desserts to renew our menus while maintaining par levels of pastry and dessert with proper rotation of products and maintain highest cleanliness and hygiene standard in the pastry and bakery section.
