Assist lead baker with production duties including a weekly wholesale order consisting of 45 or more whole cakes.
Preparing and baking cake batters. We use a combination of mixes and scratch cakes.
Preparing icings and fillings.
Preparation of cookie and tart doughs.
Preparation of creme brulee and pastry cream.
Cake decorating skills helpful but not required.
Additional information: Our production space is shared with District 7 Grill in the downtown tunnels.
