Chocolate Competition Results―February 2022




We are excited to announce the results of our Chocolate Competition contest! Level 5 Baking and Pastry students created advanced chocolate showpieces. This term's theme was "Provence."

The competition took place on Facebook and ran from February 10th to the 16th.


The pieces will be displayed at this year's Gaston Lenotre Scholarship Gala on February 23rd.


Our winners are:


1st place -Imagen Hinton with "The Bull"


2nd place- Danielle Dowden with "The Abbey and Landscape"


3rd place- Rick Marshall with "The Red Eagle"
