
Job description/Responsibilities
Full-time and Part Time Line Cook or Prep Cook opportunities
Prepare amazing food from scratch by following our recipes to produce consistent results
Understand and comply consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen practices
Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using ovens, grills, and a variety of other kitchen equipment
Portion all the products, follow recipes, and always make sure the plate presentation looks great.
Keep it clean! Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your workstation stays clean and organized, and follow all the food handling standards
Job requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work shifts and be flexible with scheduling, and work weekends, and holidays, if needed
Must maintain: - A valid Texas Food Handlers Certificate - Reliable Transportation
