Job description/Responsibilities

  • Full-time and Part Time Line Cook or Prep Cook opportunities

  • Prepare amazing food from scratch by following our recipes to produce consistent results

  • Understand and comply consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen practices

  • Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using ovens, grills, and a variety of other kitchen equipment

  • Portion all the products, follow recipes, and always make sure the plate presentation looks great.

  • Keep it clean! Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your workstation stays clean and organized, and follow all the food handling standards

Job requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Ability to work shifts and be flexible with scheduling, and work weekends, and holidays, if needed

  • Must maintain: - A valid Texas Food Handlers Certificate - Reliable Transportation
