I started at CIL October 2015 and graduated March 2018 with an Associates of
Applied Science in culinary Arts. Then I came back a second time January 2019
then graduated August 2019 with my Associates of Applied Science in Hospitality
and Restaurant Management. I loved going to CIL and without the teachers and
chefs pushing me to do what they knew I could do, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
I have friends that are family because of CIL and I am PROUD to be an Alumni. I am
now the Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager at Hunger House which is a buffet style
restaurant by day and The One Club by night. By the end of 2020 there will be a
total of 8 Hungry House Restaurants opening in Houston and the surrounding areas
and I will be in charge of Training and setting up all 8 kitchens. I am ecstatic to be a
part of that! Thank You CIL!
